Thank you for purchasing from Consist Systems Group.

Consist Systems Group sells digital products, including Notion templates, digital systems, downloadable files, access PDFs, setup guides, and related digital materials. Because these products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, duplicated, or used immediately after purchase, our refund policy is limited.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. Digital Product Sales

All Consist Systems Group products are digital products unless otherwise stated. No physical item will be shipped.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, duplicated, or made available to you, it cannot be returned in the same way a physical product can. For this reason, all digital product sales are generally final.

  1. No Refunds After Access Is Provided

Refunds are not provided once access to a purchased digital product has been delivered or made available, including but not limited to:

A Notion template duplicate link
A downloadable PDF or access file
A purchase confirmation containing product access
A product download link
A setup guide or digital resource
Access to any protected product page or file

By purchasing a Consist Systems Group product, you understand that you are buying a digital product and that access may be provided immediately after payment.

  1. Before You Purchase

Please review the product page carefully before purchasing. Product descriptions may include details about the template, intended use, features, setup requirements, platform requirements, and access method.

It is your responsibility to make sure the product is suitable for your needs before completing checkout.

  1. Access or Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

If there is a verified access issue caused by our delivery process, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend the purchase information, or provide a working access method.

  1. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same name and email address, you may contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Duplicate purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, but we will review the transaction details and determine whether a refund or adjustment is appropriate.

  1. Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

We may ask for proof of purchase before resending access information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information entered at checkout.

  1. Product Expectations

Refunds are not provided because of a change of mind, lack of use, misunderstanding of Notion, failure to read the product description, or a decision that the product is no longer needed after access has been provided.

Consist Systems Group products are designed to provide structure, organization, and practical digital systems. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, academic, productivity, sales, funding, or personal result from using a template.

  1. Notion and Third-Party Platforms

Many Consist Systems Group products are built for use with Notion. Notion is a third-party platform, and Consist Systems Group is not responsible for Notion account issues, platform changes, outages, feature changes, limitations, or user unfamiliarity with the platform.

Customers are responsible for having access to Notion and understanding how to duplicate and use a Notion template.

  1. Unauthorized Sharing or Misuse

Refunds will not be provided if we believe a product link, duplicate link, download file, access PDF, template, guide, or other digital material has been shared, copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded, or misused in violation of our Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to revoke or restrict access where unauthorized sharing or misuse is suspected.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can review and assist.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product may result in loss of access to the product and may affect your ability to purchase from Consist Systems Group in the future.

  1. Case-by-Case Review

Although digital product sales are generally final, Consist Systems Group reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refund granted is at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
